GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) to take $2.4 Billion Legal Cost on Avandia, Paxil

The British drug maker, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) expects to take a $2.4 billion charge to resolve several legal cases, including a probe into a former manufacturing factory at Cidra in Puerto Rico and litigation related to Paxil and Avandia.
