LONDON, June 21 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening up 44-47 points, or as much as 0.9 percent on Monday, according to financial bookmakers, boosted by strong gains in Asian equities after China's central bank pledged at the weekend to increase exchange rate flexibility.
