Feelgoods International Ltd. Signs Letter of Intent With Farfalla Essentials, Ltd. to Produce New Private Label Skincare Line

Feelgoods International Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: FGNL) is pleased to announce the Company has signed a Letter of Intent with Farfalla Essentials, Ltd to secure the exclusive worldwide distribution rights to a new skincare product line produced specifically for Feelgoods International by Farfalla. Feelgoods will have the exclusive right to use, market, and sell Farfalla's new skincare product line, which will also be privately labeled by Feelgoods and distributed into the U.S. through their future e-commerce website and other retail outlets.

Farfalla Essentials, Ltd. was established more than 20 years ago and is the first Swiss company that has been committed to natural aromatherapy products and wellness or spa products since its inception. The Company's goal has been to pass on their enthusiasm for natural fragrances to others, so that they too can appreciate the power and vitality of these natural substances and make full use of them in their daily lives.
