WITI (Women in Technology International) Launches Premiere Issue of WITI Savvy
Magazine Designed to Reach Smart, Tech-Focused Female Demographic

WITI (Women in Technology International), the nation's leading trade association for professional tech-savvy women will launch its premiere issue of WITI Savvy magazine at "Taking the Lead...In the Digital Age" Conference this July. The summer issue, which will be the first of two issues published this year, will be distributed to conference attendees, select WITI members and progressively online.

The premiere WITI Savvy cover will feature Catherine S. Brune, senior vice president and chief information officer, Allstate Insurance Company, the nation's largest publicly held personal lines insurer. Brune's story focuses on leadership, her management philosophy and career track record, as well as how she achieves a healthy work/life balance.

"Catherine epitomizes the face and character of WITI Savvy," said Carolyn Leighton, CEO, chairwoman and founder of WITI. "She is a highly successful, intelligent and well-respected woman who will enrich reader's lives through sharing her personal and professional experiences."

Each issue of WITI Savvy will address WITI's unique editorial mission of empowering women. The magazine will provide a forum for discussing technology trends and communicating opportunities that help professional women achieve goals faster and smarter. In addition, WITI Savvy will dedicate sections to independent research studies, storytelling, member updates and network news, as well as contributed columns authored by WITI members and regular letters from Leighton.

Lifestyle stories or professional achievements that reflect the fabric of tech-savvy women across the nation are open to be submitted by the general public. These contributions should be motivating anecdotes that focus on the theme of women innovating the technology landscape through pioneering work.
