Ford's Turnaround Picks Up Momentum As Q1 Earnings Cruise Past Estimates
Ford Motor raced through Wall Street's first-quarter profit views by a wide margin Tuesday, as its sales in all regions of the world accelerated and its U.S. market share rose nearly 3 points. But Ford's (F) stock fell 6% to 13.57 as the overall market tumbled on Europe's debt woes. Ford shares are still up 166% from a year ago.
