Bank of America Prices $375 Million in Credit Card Asset-Backed Notes From the BA Credit Card Trust (Formerly Known as MBNA Credit Card Master Note Trust)

CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America's FIA Card Services, N.A. (formerly known as MBNA America Bank, N.A.) today priced an offering of $375 million in credit card asset-backed notes from the BA Credit Card Trust.

The Class A (2006-7) tranche consists of $375 million floating rate asset backed notes. The eight-year notes were priced at par and will accrue interest at 4 basis points over the one-month London Interbank Offered Rate ("LIBOR").

This offering, scheduled to close on July 28, 2006, was lead managed by Banc of America Securities LLC and co-managed by Citigroup.
