ATLANTA, June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Private Bank of Bank of America today announced the appointment of Glen J. Romm as market executive for Georgia. In this role, he will be responsible for leading The Private Bank's efforts in delivering integrated wealth management services and guidance to wealthy individuals and families across the state.
Romm will oversee Private Bank teams in Atlanta, Macon and Savannah that serve the complex wealth management needs of high net worth clients by providing an integrated approach to trust and wealth transfer services, liquidity management, comprehensive investments and credit solutions. Romm, who will be based in Atlanta and report to Private Bank South Region President James E. Gallagher, had most recently served as Atlanta Buckhead market manager for Bank of America Premier Banking & Investments.
A replacement for Romm at Premier Banking & Investments will be named at a later date.

Prior to assuming his Atlanta market leadership role for Premier Banking & Investments in 2003, Romm held a number of key Southeast-based positions for Bank of America and predecessor companies. He held a series of responsibilities within the Consumer Bank, Small Business Banking and Middle Market after joining the company in 1984. Romm received a BS from Florida Atlantic University.
