Volume Surges As Options Expire And Stocks Slip
Stocks fell Friday and ended the week with losses. Volume surged on options expirations. Also fueling trade and the Nasdaq's drop was Intel (INTC), which gave up 3% after releasing results late Thursday. Amedisys (AMED), a home-nursing services provider, fell 1.19 to 53.26.
