Indexes Rise As Dollar Retreats
5:15 p.m. Update: Stocks again wrestled with the dollar Wednesday. Only this time, equities came out on top after the greenback sold off late in the session. The Dow and Nasdaq gained 0.5% each. The Nasdaq 100 rallied 1%, thanks to high-profile tech issues. Apple (AAPL) rose 4% and regained its 50-day moving average.
