Noetix Continues Momentum with 2006 Company Growth; Revenue up Nearly 50 Percent over First Half of 2005

Noetix(R) Corp., a software provider that automatically generates business intelligence (BI) content from enterprise applications, today announced that its revenue for the first half of the year has increased nearly 50 percent over the first half of 2005, with the second quarter of 2006 representing the largest quarter in the company's history.

"Noetix solutions dramatically reduce the time, effort, and costs associated with extracting data from enterprise applications," said Noetix CEO Morris Beton. "This focus has made our business so successful that we continue to see growth that outpaces the BI industry as a whole."

Demand for Noetix BI solutions continues to increase as the company added multiple enterprise customers, including CH2M Hill, ESCO Corporation, Guidant Corporation, HNTB Corporation, Henrico County, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, POWER Engineers, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.

Additional Q1 and Q2 Noetix 2006 highlights include:

-- Increased license revenue by 47 percent over the first half of 2005.

-- Launched Noetix Platform tailored for OEM partners, a new initiative that provides Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) with a robust, low-cost BI offering for their customers. Noetix added several new OEM customers this year including InstantService and Campus Management.

-- Continued demand for the Noetix Dashboard solution with the addition of numerous dashboard deals.

-- New product enhancements including Noetix Platform 5.5 and NoetixViews 5.6 for Oracle E-Business Suite, and Noetix Dashboard 3.5.

"Extracting data out of transactional applications continues to be the most time and cost intensive piece of BI projects," said Dan Everett, Research Director at Ventana Research. "Consequently, companies are looking to vendors such as Noetix that have preconfigured tools and functionality to speed deployment of reports and dashboards."

According to a recent study by Ventana Research, many organizations have already implemented Application BI to gain understanding of their operations by examining the data stored in transactional or planning applications. Furthermore, the number of respondents indicating they plan to increase the size of their deployments shows that Application BI deployments have been successful. Ventana found that what organizations value most about Application BI systems is the ability to reduce maintenance and implementation costs, enable end-user self-service, and assure consistent, accurate data for analysis.

"The implementation went very well and everyone is happy with NoetixViews and the ability of the software to access the data in the system," said Violet Wise, supervisor, Business Systems & Analysis, Universal Weather and Aviation. "I used the solution recently myself and found it extremely easy to use. I had to create a vendor file for our bank to review for a new project we are working on. It took me a very short time to get the data which was easily organized in the format they wanted."
