Codine(x) International Holdings Inc. (the "Company"), developer of the Codine(x) communications platform, today announced that it is trading under the trading symbol CDXH (Pink Sheets:CDXH). The Company's service, now in its pre-registration phase, will allow users to unite all forms of communication including voice communications, fax, text messaging, email, instant message (IM) and voicemail by means of a unique Codine(x) ID.
"We saw a need in the marketplace that suggested busy professionals and end users demanded a technology that allows them to be reachable instantly by means of a single unique code that connects all of their communications devices," said Pablo Kleinman, president and CEO of Codine(x). "By linking all forms of communication, Codine(x) makes messaging easy and efficient. Our service will be particularly useful for professionals and people that require accessibility at any given time."
The Codine(x) ID, which can be compared to a phone number, instant messenger screen name or email address, is a unique name which identifies each Codine(x) user. Codine(x) enables users to link fax, SMS, email, IM, voicemail and other message forms. The message receiver, by means of a private control panel, can determine how to be reached depending on different factors such as day and time and other special circumstances. Messages sent to their Codine(x) ID are then relayed to one or more predetermined devices, essentially following the ID holders wherever they may be. A user may opt to have all incoming Codine(x) communication converted to a printed fax or translated to a text message. Users may change mobile, fax, or pager numbers, but their unique Codine(x) ID always remains the same. For certain times of the day or during vacation when users know they are unavailable, users can adjust the parameters of their Codine(x) to redirect incoming phone calls, emails, or faxes.
"We are confident that Codine(x) will revolutionize the communications industry by allowing users to constantly stay connected to the device of their choice," explained Kleinman. "We expect our service to be particularly useful for medical professionals, emergency personnel, as well as for large corporations with international executives who need to remain in touch at all times."
Privacy is another major benefit offered by the Codine(x) service. Users do not have to release their phone, fax, and pager number or email address. Codine(x) allows users to consolidate all of their various contact numbers and addresses with one Codine(x) unique ID. This enables users to maintain privacy by reserving direct incoming communication for VIPs.
Codine(x) service is currently accepting ID reservations online at http://www.codinex.com for $9.95 per year. The billing year will not commence until the service is launched in fall 2006.
New York-based Codine(x) International Holdings is the developer and operator of the Codine(x) messaging system.
