CLEVELAND — August 4, 2008 — Cleveland-Cliffs Inc (NYSE: CLF), which will be renamed Cliffs Natural Resources in conjunction with its planned merger with Alpha Natural Resources (NYSE: ANR), today announced that it has filed an updated investor presentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) in connection with the proposed Alpha transaction.
